What your agent sends us, and what we keep.
For you, and for anyone who checks on your behalf, such as your employer’s security team. Every line here is a promise about how ScrollBuddy works today.
What your agent sends
Only what it puts in the calls it chooses to make, at most these:

ScrollBuddy never reads your files, your repository or the page behind a link. The tools ask your agent for a link or a file name, never the material itself.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your number, your name and your dial, until you delete them.
- Your wins, their credits, the month’s goal and every credit earned and spent, until you delete them.
- Work your agent did for you that you never named: a title and an optional link, under the day, until you delete them. It pays nothing.
- For a finished win: the kind of proof, a link’s host (never the rest of the link) and your agent’s one line about what it checked. A file name and pasted material are never kept.
- A transcript line for each call your agent makes, deleted after 90 days.
- Server logs, deleted after 30 days. A log line never carries a phone number, a code or a message.
The work switch
Each agent you connect has its own work switch, chosen when you connect it.
Where it lives
- In the EU.
- Backed up every night, and the backups are encrypted.
- Encrypted in transit, from your agent to our server.
Who else sees it
- No model reads your agent’s calls to judge them. Your agent is the one who checks.
- SB’s model reads the last day of what happened, your agent’s lines included, when you talk to SB and once a night to keep its notes about you.
- A notification on your iPhone carries the win’s title or the reason for a spend.
- Nothing is sold or used for ads. The privacy policy covers the rest.
Revoke and delete
- Your dashboard lists every connected agent, with Revoke for each one.
- Sign out everywhere ends every phone, browser and agent at once.
- Delete my data, on your dashboard, deletes you, your sign in and your phones’ records at once.
- Asking SB to forget you stops every agent at once, and the rest goes in the nightly clean up.
- Disconnect on a phone deletes nothing: it signs that phone out.
