Finish the win. Earn the scroll.
The apps you picked stay shut until you finish a win, and each day starts shut. Your agent plans the day with you, checks the work when you finish, and your phone pays in screen time.
1. Three open slots
Each morning you name up to three wins. A finished win stays on the page as a stamp, and its slot opens for the next one. A fourth win you name waits for tomorrow until a slot is free.
2. The proof is set when you name it
Each win gets its proof while you are naming it and honest about it: a link, a file, a line of text, or your word. “Ship the pricing page” might be a link; “call the dentist” might be your word. Each win is worth up to thirty credits, and you say how many. Your agent can fill in the squares as you go; progress shows on the page, and only finishing pays.
3. Your agent checks it
When you say a win is done, your agent looks at the proof you agreed to and marks it done with one line in its own words about what it checked. ScrollBuddy judges nothing and runs no model on that call. It holds your agent to the proof you named and to the strictness you chose, and refuses in one sentence when something is missing.
4. The phone pays
The credits the win was worth reach your phone. The apps you picked stay shut until you spend them on screen time, one credit a minute, and shut again when the pass runs out.
5. The evening close
At an hour you choose, the evening reads your day back to you in your own words and asks what tomorrow is for. Then the day is closed, and tomorrow starts shut again.
Wins
A win is named or finished. Named in the morning, it is a promise; finished with its evidence, it is a stamp. Finished something you never named? Tell your agent, show it the work, and your phone pays the same way.
Your agent logs a win when a piece of work finishes and it can point at the result: a commit, a page, a decision written down. It judges your part from the conversation it was in and asks only when the work happened where it could not see it.
What you can always do
You can turn it off: take back the Screen Time permission and nothing stays shut. ScrollBuddy only ever knows what you or your agent tell it. What it keeps is on what we keep.
