- ScrollBuddy is a tool. You and your partner run the show; we just make it possible.
- Be kind. Harassment, spam, or anything illegal ends the account.
- We don't guarantee the app changes your life — only you and your partner can do that.
- You can leave any time. Delete the account; everything goes.
Using ScrollBuddy
You need to be 13 or older. You agree to use the app for its intended purpose: helping yourself and someone you trust be more intentional with your phone.
Your partner relationship
You choose who you pair with. We don't mediate disputes between you. If it stops working, unpair them — it takes one tap.
Payment
The core app is free. The AI partner is a paid option, billed through Apple. Cancel in iOS Settings any time; no refunds for unused time, per Apple's rules.
Content and conduct
Don't use ScrollBuddy to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone. Don't try to break the app or scrape data. We'll end accounts that do.
No medical claims
ScrollBuddy isn't therapy, medicine, or a treatment for any condition. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
Liability
We try hard to keep the app running. But we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for what your partner does or doesn't do. You use ScrollBuddy at your own discretion.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you don't like the changes, delete your account — no hard feelings.
