Credits
Credits are what a finished win earns. One credit opens one minute of the apps you picked.
One balance
Once your number is connected, our server keeps one count of your credits: every win earned and every pass spent, from every phone and every agent. Your agent and your dashboard read that balance.
Your phone takes that balance every time it syncs, with anything it did offline and has not sent yet on top. So it can still open the apps with no signal, and catches up when it is back.
Without a number, your phone keeps the only count. Connect later and those credits come with you.
What earns
- A finished win: the credits you said it was worth when you named it, up to 30.
- A win proved with a photo that SB checks pays a quarter more.
- A win you finished but never named, logged by your agent, pays like a named one.
What spends
- A pass: 2 to 30 minutes of your apps, at one credit a minute. Your agent can open one too, but only when you ask.
- The store’s other rewards, such as a streak freeze.
Your agent and the dashboard cannot spend more than your balance. A pass opened on the phone always counts, even past zero, because the apps were already open.
The 150 cap
The balance never goes above 150 credits, five full wins. Anything earned past 150 is not kept, so spend before you bank more.
A missed day
A day with the lock on and no finished win empties your credits and ends your streak. A streak freeze bought in the store covers one missed day: the streak and the credits stand. If your phone never reported the day, the server closes it at 7 the next morning.
Credits behind
Your balance can go below zero. It happens when two phones spend the same credits while offline: each spent what it last saw, and both passes count. Your phone then says “You’re N credits behind” under the pill, your dashboard and your agent see the same, and your next wins fill the gap first.
Two phones on one number
Sign in with the same number on both and they share one balance: a win on either earns, a pass on either spends, and each phone catches up on its next sync. Offline, each can spend up to the last balance it saw. When your agent opens a pass for you, it asks which phone.
