Common questions
My partner isn't getting my requests.
Check that you're both signed in to the same pair. In the app: Settings → Partner. If the status shows "disconnected," tap Re-pair.
How do I change partners?
Settings → Partner → Unpair. Then pair with someone new. Your request history moves with you; theirs stays private to the relationship you had.
I want to delete my account.
Settings → Account → Delete Account. Everything is wiped within 30 days. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
The AI partner — what's different?
It's a paid option that answers your unlock requests if you don't have a human partner, or as a backup when yours is asleep. It won't replace the human connection — we consider it training wheels.
Does it work without a partner?
No. ScrollBuddy only works when someone — a friend, a partner, the AI — is on the other end. The whole idea is witnessed attention.
